During this unique period we experience, the one thing we don’t want to experience is the SARS-COV-2 virus, responsible for the COVID-19 desease.
All experiences were adapted to this particular period, according to the best scientific knowledge available.
If on-line events are naturally the safest, all the guidance of Portuguese health authorities will be in place for private gatherings, meals and meetings, including (but not exclusively), at the present moment:
– limitations to the capacity of the experiences;
– use of mask whenever possible (e.g. while cooking in the cooking classes);
– additional use of gloves while cooking;
– ventilated environments;
– appropriate distance at the table;
– alcohol 72% available in every moments and places.
Esteves certified training in food hygiene and safety (level 2) included a Covid-19 module, and minimization of risks both for guests and for himself will always be taken very seriously.
